Kings Cross, London Cadence development at plot S5,will be home to 163 spacious studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The 15-storey east block contains a mix of affordable apartments and private apartments. The 11-storey western block includes a 4-storey extension to the southern elevation and will be home to private residences.

RCDS provided full BIM package working with Laing O’Rourke design team to complete the project detailing all precast brick panels with 3D reinforcement. We spent 12 months on the project providing all the information required for the manufacture and installation of the panels.The Arches on the building were particularly complex, in all aspects of manufacture, transportation and erection.
