Projects - Two Chamberlain Square

Two Chamberlain Square is an eight-storey, 183,000 sq ft building, surrounded by the city’s most prestigious listed civic and cultural buildings at the very heart of Paradise, Birmingham. It is the second building in the first phase of the Paradise development and was completed in 2019.

We at RCDS have provided a full precast BIM model for the Precast Façade.

Working in Tekla Structures we have been able to pull all design items (drawings, IFC etc.) together to be able to accurately model the Pre-cast without error and on time.
