Erskine House, in Belfast, is the plush new regional home of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), incorporating a concrete frame, shell, and core retail units, with a reception and lift lobby.
We detailed the pile caps, capping beam, ground beams, ground floor slab, columns, walls, roof slabs, and upstands on each floor.
