We are delighted to be assisting Explore Manufacturing (Laing O’Rourke) with another high profile project at 19-35 Baker Street in the West End of London, comprising nine storeys of office space, 41 premium residences and 21 retail spaces. Construction will begin in June this year and the project is due to be completed by June 2025.
RCDS will provide full BIM package working with Laing O’Rourke design team to complete the project detailing all precast panels with 3D reinforcement and providing all the information required for the manufacture and installation of the panels.
